At Padel-Outlet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure a smooth experience. Please take a moment to review our refund terms below.2. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refunds for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact and still on (tags, plastics,…). If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement. All items are checked before to be sent out. We may ask for photographic proof of damage or defects before processing the refund.3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@padel-outlet.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images. Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions on how to return the item, if necessary.4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund, including personalized products, items marked as “clearance”, items that have bene purchased with a voucher or promo code or products that have been opened or used. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.5. Warranty
At Padel-Outlet, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All padel rackets purchased from our website come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material or workmanship. The duration of the warranty varies by brand, but generally, it covers issues that arise from normal use under proper conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. If you experience any issues with your racket, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will assist you in handling the warranty claim.– Shipping

Every Saturday at 11.30am, we are running a free 30min demo for any racket you wish to trial (if the racket is available at the shop). Send us an email sales@padel-outlet.com.au to book your appointment and let us know the racket or rackets youwould like to try. MUST book. Demos only available in Perth – WA.
